News 04/01/2009: In conjunction with the Lamoille County Natural Resource Conservation District, VWPS will be conducting a trout-pond vegetation workshop on Saturday, April 18, 2009. Daniel C. Redondo will be discussing the aquatic plants that provides refuge from predators, shades water, provide food, and remove excess nutrients that can cause algal blooms. The workshop will be held from 1:00 to 4:00 pm at 109 Profesional Drive, Morrisville, Vermont. News 04/01/2009: The 2009 Catalog is available here. VWPS is growing 60 species of submergent, emergent, herbaceous, shrubs, and trees.
